SHIPPING & RETURNS
All returns following the guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for store credit only, no direct refunds will be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online.
- All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a store credit
- Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed
- Sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, Bikini Block hangtags and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with
Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return.

No problem! Just follow the instructions below to return:
- Fill out a return form or refer to your order confirmation to process your return.
- Once you've completed your return form, pack items securely in your reusable recycled Bikini Block package in which your items were received. Please note: The Bikini Block is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
- Affix a return shipping label to your package.
- Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office.

What happens next?
If your package arrives in due time, your return will be inspected and processed for store credit. You will be notified via email to the address used upon checking out with a store credit amount.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the return arrival date to receive notification on your return status.
At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions.
Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer
Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not THE BIKINI BLOCK.
THE BIKINI BLOCK values 100% customer satisfaction. Defective items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
