SHIPPING & RETURNS
- All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a store credit
- Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed
- Sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, Bikini Block hangtags and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with
Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales above 20% are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return.

- Once you've received your return label, pack items securely in your reusable recycled Bikini Block package in which your items were received. Please note: The Bikini Block is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
- Affix the return shipping label to your package.
- Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office.

THE BIKINI BLOCK values 100% customer satisfaction. Defective items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
